Shipment and delivery

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email.  This means that we have received your order in our system. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our team to confirm that it is available for immediate shipment.

In rare cases, If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

Most of our items are available for immediate shipment (within 1 to 2 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

We use different shipping methods, i.e. via ship or via post. For USA orders, we deliver within 3-5 days. For other regions where the shipping options are limited, we use post shipping. It takes 15 days to deliver, but we offer discount coupons to compensate for your time. 


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If you item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to and we will process a refund claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. You can claim for the refund for damaged products within 7 days. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refund will be issued to the original source that you use when placing your order.
